Coldfoot Camp
Coldfoot Camp provides an excellent base for travelers in Alaska's Arctic. Although rustic by urban standards, our Slate Creek Inn is kept clean and features private bath facilities in each of the rooms, a luxury in the remote wilderness of Alaska's Arctic.
Room DescriptionTwo twin beds, desk, 3/4 bathroom. Rooms are located in converted work quarters.
*Third person in the room must bring their own sleeping equipment for the floor. There are no roll-a-way beds.
COLDFOOT CAFÉ During the summer months Coldfoot Camp provides a buffet breakfast and dinner. When the kitchen is closed there are a limited number of deli items available for sale. During the winter months all food is served off of a menu. The café may be remote; however, it has a reputation as a stop for good satisfying food.
The café has the atmosphere of a truck stop where road-weary travelers stop in for a cup of coffee and a bite to eat.
GIFT SHOP - See what Arctic treasures you can find in the Coldfoot Camp Gift Shop located in the Café. The Gift Shop is open from 5:00 am to Midnight.
TELEPHONE - Payphones are available outside the Café entrance. An additional phone is located in the Café across from the restrooms.
SELF SERVICE LAUNDRY - Coin operated washers and dryers are available for our guests and are located behind the Café. The laundry is available from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Laundry soap can be purchased at the Café.
